This web site was created to oppose the construction of 21 condominium units on 130 Linden Street in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
We also oppose the rezoning of 130 Linden Street from Industrial to General Residence.
We do not oppose the rezoning of the property from Industrial to Single Family.
We also do not oppose the construction of single family units on this property.

We oppose the construction of these condos for several reasons.

1) This would more than double the number of people living on Linden Street.
2) The daily traffic would completely overwhelm the neighborhood. 
3) The entire complex would be unsightly, and in no way match the current look of the neighborhood. 
4) The noise level would increase dramatically.
5) Property values and the quality of life in the surrounding area would decrease dramatically.
